Danger, danger...Dam cold!
The river cant freeze up downriver from the Cornwall Dam due the swift current. Consequently, it's a great place for hoar frost when it's damn cold. The view is from the shore of the St. Lawrence River at the OPG visitor's centre. The Seaway Dam is partially obscured by river mist.
