Copper Auburn Steffie Standard #8587 (1973)

This is my newest Steffie face standard Barbie (#8587). I was not sure what I was getting with this girl as the sellers photograph was really dark, but she turned out to be a beautiful Auburn.

 

These Steffie face Standards were released in European countries, Canada, and Australia. But I believe the girls with brunette or auburn hair have only been found in Australia.

 

This girl arrived in a crudely hand made dress that needed to be cut off her body. I then gave her a bath and straightened her hair using boiled water, a comb, and cold water to set it. I haven't gotten her hair completely straight but it does look much better. I then dressed her in her original swimsuit.
