Where we got our hard hats for the tour.... and they sold t-shirts as sovereigns.
A few snapshots I took when on a walking tour of the old Packard Motor Plant in Detroit. Shared the experience with 30 other people. Packard Motors went out of business in 1958..... and the plant went through many owners, with a very small portion of the plant being use. The plant was 3.5 million square feet of manufacturing space, and employed about 40,000 people in its heyday
