A Very Handsome Not So Young Man
Adonis: a very handsome young man.
This is Adonis, an eagle at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. I took this photo in 2010. He came to live there in 1995; so that put him at close to 30 years old. That is pretty elderly for a bald eagle in captivity.
