MOTU Classics Buzz Saw Hordak

I wasn't too thrilled about seeing this particular figure since he looked exactly like the other Hordaks from the line. The upgrade however is that he no longer sports a half tee. His armor finally reaches towards his belt, in addition unlike Rio Blast, His chest opens and shuts completely. I was going to keep him Mint in box however as you can see, it appears they packaged him while the paints were still somewhat wet, as there are red streaks on the bubble.
