COLE WESTON DEN
I once took a seminar through U C Santa Cruz, put on by Cole Weston at his home and studio south of Carmel, Ca. His house was pretty modest for someone as well known as he was. The main floor was just a living room and kitchen. The second floor was just a loft, with this den space adjoined by his bedroom. Center is desk and chair that belonged to Edward Weston, Cole's father. His studio was in a separate structure. A third structure served as a gallery. It was a remote location in the hills just east of the ocean and south of Point Lobos, the famous Weston photo area. Sorry for the poor quality image, as it was handheld in low light.
