Robot hand

Here's the aforementioned simulant's robotic hand. It's wood, I know which is a strange thing to build a robot hand from, but this was just supposed to be a proto-type. Turned out it worked so well I kept it. If I do make another it will probably be made out of molded thermoplastic like Shape lock or something. I tried servos, solenoids and even nickel titanium alloy wire (Muscle wire), but they did not have a strong enough pull to grip tight. In the end I went back to my old friend compressed air and a 2 tiny pistons.
