The Red-Eyed Leaf (Tree) Frog of Costa Rica [ShotHotspot.com]

This frog is awesome. Our guide point out a small blob of green on a branch. Nothing too impressive. But when he (gently) touched it, it stood up, opened it's eyes and came alive with colour. It was amazing.

 

I wish I took a photo of it before.

 

It's the Red-Eyed Leaf (Tree) Frog (Agalychnis callidryas) Spahish Name: Rana Ojos Rojos and it's pretty much that pin up frog of Costa Rica, Not difficult to see why - it's beautiful.
