Video on the process of how to determine which Out Of The Money Option strikes to consider on trades
This video goes over the process of how to determine which Out-Of-The-Money (OTM) Options that you can consider for both bullish plays and bearish plays taken off of different main levels using the SPX Daily Key Levels V2.0 indicator.
What are considered the main levels with this indicator are either the Bull Bear Key Price Level (BB-KPL) or any of the Main R Levels (R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 - etc) or any of the Main S Levels (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 - etc).
While the standard play is the At-The-Money (ATM) option strike closest to the price of the main level that you are taking the trade from (i.e the main level that the trade entry signal is triggered/derived from). There are always 2 Out-Of-The-Money (OTM) option strikes you can also consider if you prefer to use them over the ATM strike and this video shows you the process of how to determine what those 2 OTM strike alternatives would be depending on the level you are trading off of and the type of play the trade entry is (Bullish or Bearish).
You may also want to watch these 3 videos in the past where we talked about OTM options that you can consider versus ATM and also in these 3 videos we discuss the price differences between buying the ATM option VS the OTM options on the same trade as well as how the OTM options performed versus the ATM option on the same trade
