Double sunset

The sunset, reflected in the back lagoon at Noordhoek beach in the Western Cape. This phenomenom doesn't happen very often for me - it requires a full overhead sunset and the lagoon to be full. In winter, when the lagoon is always full, the sun sets round the corner - so this happens only occasionally, and usually only in summer. This was about 15 minutes after sunset, and most people had already left. Fortunately I was late down to the beach and was able to see the reflection. I only had a few minutes to set up and get the shot before the colours went completely.

I see from the exif that I used a Sony Nex 6 for this, with the 10-18mm lens. It's a great camera except for the truly crappy IR-based remote, which makes it more or less useless for Long Exposure work. For short exposures such as this however, it works just fine.
