Photography homage, John Vachon, farm house abandoned in the 1930's, near Aberdeen, South Dakota

John Vachon (1914-1975) was a member of the Farm Security Administration (FSA), the federal agency which documented the Great Depression of the 1930's. This farm house is another remnant of that era. Vachon was born in St. Paul, Minnesota as was F. Scott Fitzgerald. He also graduated from the same high school there, as I did.
