Fog Filter Effect - Photoshop Tutorial

 

I've just posted a tutorial on my blog that shows you how to add a glow to the brightest stars in your image along with free presets!

I used the effect in this video, which I had to apply to each frame, the twinkling stars was a nice unintended effect that was caused by the plugin selecting different stars to brighten in each frame.
