Country lanes & telegraph cables 🌳
Heading to St Paul’s church.
This was our second visit there in as many days. It was worth going again… primarily to photograph the Anglo Saxon cross.
Lower down the track there was no grass on the lane, it was just a dusty track, and that dust blew up and stuck to the back of our car…. I’d only just washed the car a couple of days before… however, the adventure and looking around the church was more than worth it.
Two whippets appeared at the top of the lane, and weren’t for moving to let us through. My wife was driving, so I got out to shoo them along. They were well behaved and followed me away. They then joined us in the churchyard.
