Practice with the Scale tool in Photoshop: In Photoshop CS5, I hit the letter m to get the Marquee tool, and dragged accross the eyes. Ctrl-t to get the Free Transform tool, held the Shift key (to keep the proportions) while dragging a corner. Ctrl-d to Deselect. Hit the letter s to get the Stamp tool to fix artifacts (I did a lazy/lousy job to the left side of the left eye).
The nose looks smaller, so I used the grid to compare and confirm that the nose is the same size in both pictures. I learned from this that I could probably make a womans nose look smaller, at the risk of making her look like a fairy.
