In honor of the men, women, straight, gay, trans, and immigrants, the international students, soldiers, and veteran’s union members, day laborers, anyone making their voices known today to stand in solidarity against kings and bullies!
Let’s face it we were never perfect as a country, yes read your history while you still can but we as a country have had moments of enlightenment, compassion, we have created some amazing things and dare I say have had moments of greatness. The Statue of Liberty is still a symbol of our greatness. Let’s save our celebrations for the our soldiers and veterans on the 4th of July and Veteran’s day, we do not need or want a Kings day.
Please stay safe everyone and look out for each other if you are out there! Be the greatness they are pretending !
