Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, Gateshead

Windows of the 'Baltic' covered with coloured acetate. I think it's 'art', but if it isn't, then it's certainly colourful.

 

I actually typed up a lengthy rant, criticising (in a balanced way, mind you) the current exhibitions. However, thought Flickr wasn't necessarily the most appropriate forum and so deleted it!
