High House chapel, Ireshopeburn
I'm told, the oldest Methodist chapel (opened 1760) to be in regular use for worship.
Organ by CJ Vincent of Sunderland, moved from the Victoria Hall following the tragedy of 1883 in which 183 children were crushed to death. When the hall was reopened a larger instrument was installed by HS Vincent.

The chapel may be visited along with the Weardale Museum.
