Morning Dew

Refraction of flowers (Matrix Orange Lilies) though dew drops on a blade of grass. Zoom in for best viewing.

In Refraction photography, light is bent by focusing through glass, water, or other transparent surface to make the subject appear very large or very small. In this case, focusing is though the dew drop onto the background flowers. The refraction effect causes the flowers in the background to appear very large and produce a bokeh effect, while the flowers in the drop appear very small and flipped upside down.
