Wings

I'm traveling so might be more off than on over the next week. I am struggling with Darktable and The GIMP on an old Windows 7 laptop (first world problems!).

 

Pretty good view of the Lower Manhattan skyline from Newark Liberty International Airport's C Terminal, including One World Trade Center and Liberty Tower. It is 8 or 9 miles away, judging from the map. I prefer to travel with 12MP D3-series Nikons (or the D700), but glad I to have had the 36MP D800e on hand for this one -- at 70mm this needed a severe crop.
