Possible Flash Flooding

Hiking in the canyon on the previous day was restricted due to the rains and a lost hiker. Fortunately, the hiker was found in good condition and the weather improved so we could hike. This is one area that appeared to have received a lot of rain.

 

This creek bed is Little Sunday Creek which runs into Sunday Creek, which in turn runs into the Prairie Dog Town Fork, part of the Red River that formed Palo Duro Canyon.
