Argyrotype Film Speed and Dev Time Test
A comparison of PyrocatHD & new Nucleol BF200 argyrotype tests. Slightly screwed up the original Pyrocat test, but still confirms my feeling that new FP4 BF200 N-dev time should be 8'30" @ 20ºC up from 7', moving one zone up in highlights. And also moving back down to ISO 64 for more shadow detail.
This also demonstrates that Pyrocat has a better control of midtone contrast. I'm now also going to try with Moersch Tanol on FP4 @ ISO 100 and compare that too.
This all because PyrocatHD is no longer available premixed in the UK.
