Thames Norh Bank Blue Hour
This week, I have updated to DxO PhotoLab v4. I have tried most RAW processors (especially those that offer a decent trial period) and I find DxO to other the best control and produce the best output. In another tweak to my workflow, I am trying to use control points more and more to make local adjustments. As part of my familiarisation with v4, I have processed some images in my archive of RAWs. This image of the Thames North Bank was taken from under Blackfriars Bridge. Shot using my PENTAX K-1 using a PENTAX 24-70mm f/2.8 zoom. Developed from RAW using DxO PhotoLab v4 with some light stylisation using ON1 Photo RAW 2020. I posted a similar image in 2018, but for reasons I do not understand now, I chose a shot where the barge was badly impacted by motion blur (what was I thinking?).
