The Thieves’ Kitchen, Worthing

This weekend, I set about yet another attempt to rationalise my workflow. I have fallen into using a fragmented workflow involving way too many bits of software. I started with my photos from Bosham this Friday and now with this image forma recent evening shoot in Worthing. My aim is to see if I can eliminate ON1 Photo RAW from my workflow, I have nothing against it, but DxO PhotoLab is hands down the best RAW developer I have tried and Affinity Photo is a pretty good replacement for Photoshop. Since I also have the DxO NiK collection, I want to see if I can do all I want with PhotoLab, NiK and Affinity.

This photo was taken using my LUMIX S1R with the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Art standard zoom. Photographed at 24mm (an subsequently cropped) at an aperture of f/2.8. With a sensitivity of ISO1600, the resulting exposure for this shot was 1/40s. Developed in DxO PhotoLab 3 and edited using Affinity Photo and DxO NiK (I used Analogoe Effex Pro 2 to perform a stylised B&W conversion).
