An abandoned building on Lord Street, Southport, Sefton, Merseyside, England. I'm not sure about the previous usage - possibly a theatre or cinema? I'm sure that one of my Flickr contacts will know. The windows and doors on the ground floor were 'boarded up' but thankfully the windows on the upper floors were still on view. Interesting architectural features - I'm unsure what style they are (maybe something like Art Deco?). In any case I don't recall seeing anything like them anywhere else.
