Time Machine
Of course it isn't actually possible to go back in a "Time Machine" - but what happens if it was?
Travel back to a lovely time when all the things you used to drool over as a kid were in one place - including some just like you used to have yourself. Not only that - you could actually 'pilot' the Time Machine itself. One of your friends from 43 years ago would be there to meet you and have a chat. It would be sunny and lovely just to sit about and then wander around. There would be a bar selling ice cold lager shandy and the admission price would only be a time warping £2. Everyone would be nice and pleasant - nobody causing any trouble or leaving litter strewn around.
Wouldn't it be fantastic if you could experience all of this.?
Yes it was! A fabulous afternoon at the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club in Alsager near Crewe. Travelled down on my old YPVS to meet up with my old buddy Mark. Loads of two stroke engined bikes and "cafe racers". Absolute bliss.
My very first motorcycle was a Suzuki T250 Hustler - the yellow bike shown here is one.
