Hanover, Hannover panorama from the 1970s
Hey I'm going through some old photos due to the lockdown and found some old shots that I took in the mid 1970s on a visit to Germany. I found two shots stuck together that I took at the time - presumably with an Agfa Silette film camera. This is obviously pre photoshop and canon Zoombrowser and all kinds of software that allows photos to be stitched together so I am quite pleased with the way it (or should I say - they?) came out at the time. As I do now have access to Photoshop Ive tried my best to remove the line (and slight gap) where the two shots meet. This I think is a view of Hanover (or Hannover). The stadium which (having done a web search) seems to be called the Niedersachsenstadion or HDI Arena, but it might not be!
I am happy to be corrected on any point if I have got anything wrong.
I've found a few more photos of the trip and the ones with the cars on show the age of the shots as I'm guessing that the buildings haven't changed much since then.
I've tried to find a similar shot on the web taken from the same position as a comparison without much success.
