Girlfriend's mother - 1970s style

My ex girlfriend's mother somewhere in Wales in the 1970s. I know to within a few days the date that this was taken as i heard the news on the journey down there that Elvis Presley - The King Of Rock and Roll - had sadly passed away .

 

Part of my "The 1970s Lost Photos and Negatives" Flickr album. Until about two years ago this had never been printed. After all why on earth at the time would I want a photo of my girlfriend's mother in my photo collection? Except that she was probably about twenty years younger than I am now - so that puts a whole different slant on it LOL - only joking by the way.

 

I developed the film myself at home - I've no idea what is going on on the right but it ain't perfect that for sure...

The relationship with her daughter wasn't meant to last, so she never became the mother-in-law....
