Part of my "Revisited" Project which is currently underway.
The last shot here (in the comments box below) was probably taken in the late 1960s or early 1970s which the Pizza shop was an "off licence" and the hairdressers was....a hairdressers!
I can't imagine that too many people that i knew had eaten a pizza when the first shot was taken - I certainly hadn't. And sadly I haven't had one for a long time.
The old shot is also part of my "lost photos and negatives" album.
One big change since the 60s/70s are the introduction of the useless 20mph zones. I could go on about these generally....but seriously how much speed is anyone going to get up to on that side street??
