Seeley frame - Moto Guzzi

A rarity if ever I saw one - a Moto Guzzi engine in a Seeley frame

 

I'm struggling as to which of my Flickr Albums to put it in - is it a British Motorcycle or an Italian motorcycle? it is definitely in the "European Motorcycles" one, though!
