Cafe Racer

I came across this little "café racer". I'm guessing that it is either a "real" small capacity Honda engine or a Chinese copy. I'm fascinated by the tyres - the front one seems to have a decorative tread pattern on the sidewall but one section of the actual tread and the lovely sidewall pattern seems to have been eaten by the dog. The rear tyre seems to be some cheap copy of an Avon Speedmaster - if that is actually possible!!!
