Curvy
Curvy two stroke motorcycle - no prizes for guessing it is an Aprilia RS250.
Surely one of THE most challenging road bikes to ride (properly)?
The equivalent of around 240bhp per litre all squeezed into a fairly small powerband. Light as a feather - throw it into a corner too aggressively and you need to pick it back up again. Monster twin floating discs for such a light bike. Use more than a couple of fingers and you scrub too much speed off meaning that it is out of the tiny powerband and you lose momentum.
Get the braking, cornering and the powerband right and there can't be much to touch it, thrill wise.
