Waiting for the Titanic ....to be poured

Just messing with my brand new 35mm Nikkor prime lens which was only bought an hour or two before I took this.

 

Here is Andy in the pub waiting for the barman to pour a pint of Iceberg brewed by the Titanic Brewery.

 

The lens goes potentially down to 1.8 and so I took this without flash, even in the gloomy boozer. Focussing on Andy's eager anticipation, the optics at the back are deliciously out of focus.

 

And twenty minutes later the pint of Titanic was sunk.
