Waukesha County Wisconsin's first public schoolhouse, built in 1848. This building is on it's original location within Old World Wisconsin, and was the only existing building when OWW was created. The other 65 buildings were brought to the site. This is one of two schoolhouses at OWW, however this one was modernized to 1950 standards and only used as an administration bldg.
