The only vacant shop on New Bond Street. Don't stare at the screen for too long though otherwise you might end up signing a long lease with no break clause....
As the street slopes slightly uphill from left to right this adds to the feeling of being an optical illusion.
I arrived in London several hours before the London Flickr Group Photowalk was due to start so I thought I'd indulge in a spot of street photography. Oxford St provided plenty of colourful vacant shop hoardings for background so it was interesting to see that the luxury brands that line New Bond Street seemed to be largely unaffected. I wonder what that might say about society........
