This view of a tunnel under Centraal Station probably isn't one that most visitors see as it connects the centre of Rotterdam with what seemed a quiet residential district behind the station.
Having done my research by looking through Contacts photos and the various Rotterdam flickr groups before I went I'd drawn up quite a long list of such 'sights'. Consequently I had a very busy two days of photography when I visited last Autumn.

From Wikipeda : "Rotterdam Centraal is the main railway station of the city Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The station received an average of 110,000 passengers daily in 2007. The current station building, located at Station Square, was officially opened in March 2014. "
