The Tulip Stair in the Inigo Jones designed Queens House has been high on my list of places to visit in London for many years but somehow I'd never got around to visiting, not least because photography was forbidden. Recently I started seeing lots of great shots appearing, rather than just snatched shots with phone cameras etc and I can now confirm all photography restrictions have been lifted.
Expect to see my versions of some classic shots of this stair over the next couple of days but first I thought I'd upload this somewhat unusual Escheresque view of it.
