Hemingway's Typewriter

Shot in Cuba at Ernest Hemingway's former home. Also known as Finca Vigia (Lookout Farm) . Ernest Hemingway's Cuba house is now known as the Museo Hemingway. Well worth the visit..most of the interiors have been well maintained. They are simple, inviting, and feel very personal. Hemingway's office is located in a tower accessible by stairs, overlooking a vast green landscape. As noted in another photo, the grounds of this large estate have been pretty sadly let go.

Hemingway lived in Cuba from 1939 to 1960, and wrote 7 novels there.
