Blowing In The Breeze

I think this gull made his own rudder as he was blowing along down the river.

 

I've seen so many beautiful shots I admire from friends on Flickr where they have these amazing perspective of birds on the water. So I crouched as low as I could and my camera almost got dunked. LOL
