Colorado Springs, CO - Stopped by an art installation located near the UCCS (University of Colorado Colorado Springs) campus called the "Windmill Project". It was created by the artist Patrick Marold. It consists of 2000 8' tall posts with wind-activated components that turn will on small LED downlights. These translucent poles will glow at night when the wind blows driven by the movement of the small windmills. It was a surreal experience walking around the installment and taking pictures.
From this angle, it looked to me as if thousands of spacecraft are launching into the atmosphere at the same time.
