The leather infusion begins!
Took some work to hack off a 30 g piece (since I'm only infusing half a bottle to begin with), but eventually I found a grapefruit night that did the job fairly expeditiously. Steep time is no more than 24 hours, so I should be able to taste the results tonight. (Will take a few more days before I can try the whole cocktail, however; elderflower will take 3 days to infuse.)
