the Penghu Ocean Fireworks Festival (2009/5/2-5/30) takes place on the Siying Archway Bridge in the Kuanyin Pavilion Receational Area. this festival 2009 opened on May 2 with a spectacular fireworks show (PM08:30~08:45) lasting 15 minutes.

2009 已經邁入第七年的「澎湖海上花火節」，5月2日晚間7時在觀音亭休閒園區正式舉行活動開幕式，8點30分至45分在西瀛虹橋(又名為彩虹橋)海堤上施放長達900秒煙火。
