East Rift Valley 日暮花東縱谷
The East Rift valley is located between the first range of mountains next to the coast and the next (higher) range of mountains further in the center of the Taiwan island.
In the East Rift Valley National Scenic Area Taiwan's largest variety of Indigenous culture can be found. This area is rich in Ami, Puyuma, Bunun, Truko, and Sazikaya Aboriginal culture. Every July and August, a continuous series of harvest festival activities takes place.
