USS Missouri Pearl Harbor, HI October, 2011

I had a couple hours to kill near HNL, so I paid a visit to the USS Missouri. The last battleship ever built, upon which the Japanese surrendered, and which saw action in Iraq I, when it performed shore bombardment, using its WWII-era mechanical computer.

An impressive piece of equipment, and impressive piece of history. Well worth the visit!
