🇬🇧 📍 Maelifell Volcano, Icelandic Highlands
October 2023 gifted us with one of those adventures you won't forget. Despite persistent rains and crossing some rivers with the 4x4, we made it to this majestic landscape. The reward: the imposing Maelifell 🌋 surrounded by vast plains of volcanic ash, with its characteristic green silhouette standing out under a dramatic sky.
A steady rain did not allow us to work quietly with the drone, but we finally managed to make some captures. Days later, a blanket of snow closed the access, marking the end for that season.

Octubre de 2023 nos regaló una de esas aventuras que no se olvidan. A pesar de las lluvias persistentes y de cruzar algunos ríos con el 4x4, logramos llegar a este majestuoso paisaje. La recompensa: el imponente Maelifell 🌋 rodeado por vastas llanuras de ceniza volcánica, con su característica silueta verde destacando bajo un cielo dramático.
Una lluvia constante no nos permitió trabajar tranquilamente con el dron, pero finalmente logramos hacer algunas capturas. Días después, un manto de nieve cerró el acceso, marcando el final en esa temporada.
