Right before we boarded the return trip, the tram hit the guard rail and the bumper fell off. The operator kept reassuring us that it was okay. Then he stopped answering questions and wouldn't even tell Sven (Lindsay's bro) what happened. He just said it was okay, shut the door and sent 'em down the hill.
