Escape From The Web on RouterStation

I can gladly say that Escape From The Web now works on actual RouterStations (as opposed to just my laptop)! There was a bug in the eftw.py module that prevented it from working properly on the ar71xx architecture related to termios.TIOCSWINSZ that I have now corrected.
