Hello O´Hare.
As anyone who checked out more than five or so of my pictures must have noticed I´m a über geek as far as airplanes go. So when I flew to Chicago O´Hare, on my way to Toronto, I asked if it was okay for me to check out the cockpit and have a little chat with the pilots. After all, I haven´t been in there since I was a little kid and was allowed into the cockpit of a DC-10 (while being in flight and you probably can picture how my eyeballs almost burst with excitement back then).
Anyway, I was allowed to (sometimes it pays to ride with the suits up in Business class) and had a nice little chat with the captains of this grand SAS A330-300. Turns out that the first captain just had finished his first sharp flight with this very model. Trying to lighten the mood a bit i deadpanned:
"Well, you did good. We made it all the way here, right?"
He cracked up and flashed a big grin as I thanked them both for their time and headed into the terminal.
