Jygyldyk Bazaar, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

 

My favourite part of the Jygyldyk Bazaar, the largest of it kind in Central Asia, was the camel winch which customer who´d bought a camel would use in order to load these mighty creatures onto trucks. It was truly one of the most bizarre moments of my life so far.
