Inauguration of a park, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

 

So we decided to walk through the brand new park (that for all that I know might have been an old one, just totally revamped) that looked like a billion bucks in the dark night of Ashgabat. We met some people from a local TV channel who practised their vocabulary skills on us (but refused to have yours truly try out his magical anchor skills on national TV) before we headed off through the night in search of a bar.
