I more or less forced Miranda to drive me to Amoeba down on Haight, for your information the best record store in the world. I picked up some stuff that David had told me was good and also invested in one of Mirandas favourite records by American punk band X.

 

I love buying records and I pity the generation that can´t relate to hanging out at your favourite record store for a full day before picking out a few discs, bringing them home and start discovering by your stereo.

 

An MP3 just won´t do it for me. Maybe I´m just getting old or something.

 

Anyway, after my quick stop at Amoeba (even Miranda have to admit that I was fast this time) Miranda decided to drive us up to Twin Peaks for a quick, yet baffling view. It was neat and I instantly remembered my very first visit here when her family drove me up here in the middle of the night.

 

At that point, I didn´t think that anything could look more beatiful than the melting pot below that was San Francisco by night.

 

Truth is, I still haven´t found anything prettier.

Done
